      I. How the Score Is Built

Your Sports Power Rating™ is calculated using three weighted performance pillars:

      A. Strength, Speed and Agility (40%)

Measures physical performance through standardized combine testing.
Benchmarked using global performance data adjusted by age and gender standards.

      B. Education and Career Readiness (30%)

Evaluates academic habits, planning, certifications, and alignment to career pathways.
Scored using a structured readiness scale.

      C. Leadership, Communication and Resilience (30%)

Assesses mindset, accountability, teamwork, and performance under pressure.
Points are awarded based on structured assessment participation and demonstrated engagement.

Each pillar is scored, weighted, and combined into one final readiness score between 0 and 100.
