A sit-down interview series following current and retired athletes from every level including recreational, club, high school, college, and professional who heard the final whistle and built careers of extraordinary impact on the other side of it. Their playbook. For the next generation.
Their sport. Their final game. The career transition nobody prepares you for. And the life they built in the infrastructure industries that built America.
From intern to owner. From the locker room to the boardroom. From the final whistle to the first contract or grant. Every athlete in this series walked the full arc and is coming back to show the next generation exactly how they did it.
These are not comeback stories. These are continuation stories. Sport did not end when the season did. It just found a new field. Athletes Make the Best Conversations is the playbook every athlete deserves and nobody handed them.
The featured athletes are cast and selected by their state teams during the Sports Power Infrastructure Summer League. On August 23, 2026 at 8PM EST each state team will announce the 2 women and 2 men chosen from their home state for the fall production schedule.

Team Recruitment
State teams form the moment a sponsor commits. No sponsor means no team and no shot at the crown. Affiliate codes assigned. Casting recruitment begins. Team stores open to the public in June. Sponsorship open through August.
Teams Compete
Stores open to the public. Virtual huddles begin every Monday and Thursday at 6PM–7PM EST. Athletes Make the Best Studios casting and production continues. Every sale, every recruit, every credential moves the scoreboard.
Playoff Team Challenges
Top states advance. Teams compete in playoff challenges designed to gain competitive advantage on the scoreboard. The strongest story, the highest sales, the deepest casting pipeline. Last day to accept team orders is August 21 by 8PM EST. One state wins everything.
The featured athletes from each state will be announced and the fall production schedule will be set for Athletes Make the Best Conversations — an interview and day in the life documentary series. The winning state's story moves from casting to camera. The movement never stops.
