Sessions are available 7 days a week:
• AM Session: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• PM Session: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
All bookings must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance.
A 30 percent Priority Scheduling Fee applies to any booking requested within 7 days of the session date.

Pilot Pricing Note

Payment and Deposit Policy
• Deposit Requirement — A $2,960 deposit plus tax is required at booking to secure your date
• Final Payment — Remaining balance due 7 days before the event
• Accepted Payments — Credit card, ACH, or business check
• Cancellation — Deposits are non refundable within 14 days of the event; rescheduling allowed based on availability
• Priority Scheduling Fee — A 30 percent Priority Scheduling Fee applies to bookings requested within 7 days
• Group Discounts — Available for schools, teams, and community organizations
