Marketing Veteran Will Help Connect Athletes to Real Opportunities Beyond Sports During the 2026-27 Season
BROOKLYN, NY: Athletes Make The Best today announced that Rodini Almonacy, Founder and President of Maximum Marketing Enterprises, Inc., has joined the Athletes Make The Best Top 100 Leadership Council for the 2026-27 season.
Fewer than 2 percent of high school athletes go pro, and only about 7 percent play in college. For most, a sports career ends with no clear next step. Athletes Make The Best closes that gap, across sports including basketball, soccer, baseball, football, volleyball, golf, and pro racing.
The Council connects business leaders, educators, employers, coaches, athletes, and community advocates across legacy and emerging industries such as utilities, energy, construction, and hospitality, helping athletes turn their Sports Power Rating into opportunities beyond the game.
The Council's work follows a simple path: ROAD.
- Recognition. Getting athletes who excel seen, on and off the field.
- Opportunity. Connecting athletes to education and career paths.
- Assessment. Measuring speed, strength, agility, and readiness.
- Development. Pairing athletes with career minded coaches and trainers.
The 2026-27 season runs through Fall, Winter, and Spring, closing with the May 2027 finals, which rank the Top 100 by state and sport. Athletes earn points all year toward All-State recognition, State Top 100 selection, and the United States Top 100. New leagues launch this fall in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Arkansas, Texas and Nevada.
Almonacy completed a rigorous application and training process to join the Council. He brings more than 30 years of experience across business, education, and athletics throughout the New York metro area, and will help build stronger ties between schools, employers, and athletic programs.
