All-State Recognition Serves as the First Step in the Athletes Make The Best™ Top 100 Student-Athletes Program

Brooklyn, NYC — Athletes Make The Best™ today announced the launch of its New York and New Jersey All-State Student-Athletes Program for the 2026–2027 season. The program serves as the first stage of the broader Athletes Make The Best™ Top 100 Student-Athletes Program, a year-round hybrid platform designed to identify, develop, recognize, and elevate student-athletes while connecting them and their families to career, business, workforce, and community benefit opportunities within and beyond sports.

Powered by Sports Power Rating™, the flagship solution of Sports Power Infrastructure™, the program leverages sports, entertainment, and data-driven insights to identify talent, measure readiness, and connect participants to education, career, workforce, and community opportunities.

Student-athletes' complete online assessments and optional in-person verification throughout the Summer, Fall, and Winter seasons to earn All-State Student-Athlete Recognition and improve their Sports Power Rating™. Top-performing participants may advance to their respective State Top 100 Student-Athlete Rankings, with the highest-rated athletes qualifying for the Athletes Make The Best™ United States Top 100 Finals in Spring 2027.

The program includes six competitive divisions:

  • Middle School Division (Grades 5–8 | Ages 10–14)
  • Freshman Division (Grade 9 | Ages 14–15)
  • Sophomore Division (Grade 10 | Ages 15–16)
  • Junior Division (Grade 11 | Ages 16–17)
  • Senior Division (Grade 12 | Ages 17–18)
  • Open Division (Ages 18–24)

  • 20% Speed, Strength, and Agility Verification (In-Person) completed through Sports Power Infrastructure™ Certified Trainers

Families seeking a more comprehensive roadmap may participate in Sports Power Rating Advantage™, a premium assessment evaluating mindset, leadership, communication, and resilience. The assessment includes a one-hour virtual family onboarding, a customized 100-point evaluation, written and audio reports, and personalized recommendations designed to help student-athletes and families make informed decisions about sports, education, careers, and life to save them money and time.

Unlike traditional sports rankings focused exclusively on athletic performance, Athletes Make The Best™ Top 100 helps athletes of all levels build a complete profile highlighting athletic ability, leadership potential, education, workforce readiness, and personal development. The Top 100 Student-Athletes Program is designed for athletes competing across a wide range of sports, including basketball, football, baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, track and field, gymnastics, cheerleading, wrestling, lacrosse, and other athletic disciplines.

Through Sports Power Infrastructure™ and the LocalContent.com network, student-athletes gain exposure to career pathways, workforce opportunities, supplier opportunities, and community investment initiatives across infrastructure industries, including energy, construction, transportation, manufacturing, broadband, artificial intelligence, healthcare, and maritime sectors in both the United States and global markets.

The organization works with trusted companies, employers, suppliers, workforce organizations, utilities, public agencies, and community investment partners that provide insight into opportunities many student-athletes may not otherwise encounter. The program complements existing sports leagues, schools, coaches, trainers, and AAU organizations by helping participants connect the skills developed through sports to success in education, careers, entrepreneurship, workforce development, and community leadership.

Sports Power Rating™ is administered by The SPIN Foundation, the official nonprofit licensed provider of Sports Power Rating™ programs and services in the United States. The SPIN Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that unites businesses, government, and communities to drive local growth and opportunity through workforce development, health access, digital inclusion, and community benefit investments.

Student-athletes interested in participating may apply at SportsPowerRating.com. Corporate partners, employers, colleges, universities, workforce organizations, suppliers, utilities, and brand partners interested in supporting the program or connecting with student-athletes and their families are encouraged to contact the organization through SportsPowerRating.com.
