Can my employer see my individual responses?

No. All responses are anonymous and aggregated. Your employer only receives a company-level composite score across five dimensions. Individual answers cannot be traced back to any employee.

Do I have to be an athlete to take the survey?

No. The assessment measures workplace culture traits associated with athletic values — leadership, teamwork, resilience, discipline, and drive. Every employee's perspective matters, regardless of athletic background.

How long does the survey take?

Most employees complete the assessment in 5–10 minutes. It is designed to be completed in a single sitting on any device.

What happens after I submit?

Your response is recorded anonymously and combined with your colleagues' responses to generate a company-wide score. Results are delivered to your employer within 7 business days after the assessment window closes.

Is participation required?

Participation is voluntary. However, higher participation rates directly determine your company's certification tier — Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze. Your response makes a difference.

What is the Top 100 Employers for Athletes™ list?

It is an annual ranking of companies that have been certified through the Athlete Workforce Survey™ assessment. Companies are ranked by size and certification tier and published every October. Learn more at athletesmakethebest.com.
